Vacant Positions

Assistant Vice President- VACANT
In this position, we need the parent of a rising 9th grader. We are looking for a parent who (1) feels that their child will be interested in being in the program for four years and (2) who feels that in year 2011-2012 they would like to be Executive VP and in year 2012-2013 they would like to be President. This is a succession planning position. The occupant will be something of a “gopher”, doing some of everything while learning the function of the booster club. The position will be critical in selecting their replacement as they advance.

Vice President of Fundraising- VACANT
This position will be responsible for carrying out and executing the fundraising programs agreed upon by the booster club as well as providing insight related to worthwhile ideas. The VP will educate the boys on the fundraisers, distribute materials and collect unsold material and cash and manage the execution of the various fundraising campaigns. The VP will also manage the realization of sponsors for the booster club. In the event that we have a TV raffle, the VP will purchase the TV to be used in the raffle.

Assistant Vice President of Fundraising- VACANT
This position will support the VP Fundraising

Assistant Vice President of Photography- VACANT
This position supports the VP Photography by photographing all Junior Varsity events. Given this, the occupant of this position needs to be a JV parent. This position will work closely with the Webmaster to ensure that photos from all JV events are put on the web site. This person will also manage the JV Videographer both at home and road events. Ideally, this person would move to VP Photography in two years.

VP President of Special Projects- VACANT
This is a “catch all” but much needed position. The VP will be assigned special projects on an as needed basis to carry out. The VP will also design the Sponsor Night program, Outstanding Student/ Athlete program, Booster programs to name a few. As needed, the VP will solicit volunteer help on a project-by-project basis to ensure program delivery. The VP will also work with Fundraising, Concessions, Friday Night, Hospitality and Photography. This position is well suited for somebody who desires to be creative and who can run a project independently.

Associate Vice President of Special Projects- VACANT
Assist the VP Special Projects as needed.
